Welcome to Veragreen. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") cover your use of our website and our lawn care services for residential and commercial properties. When you request an estimate, book a service, or sign up for texts, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.We kept this as clear as we could. If something isn't clear, call us. We'd rather explain it than have you guess.
Welcome to Veragreen! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our commercial and residential lawn care services ("Services"). By engaging with Veragreen, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our Services.
Veragreen provides lawn and landscape care, including:
The details of your program, including the visits, timing, and price, are in your service agreement or estimate.
Veragreen does not provide mowing.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to arrange work at the property. You agree to give us accurate information about your property so we can recommend the right care.
Estimates are based on the information you give us and what we can see of your property. If conditions on site are different, we'll let you know before doing extra work.
Lawn care depends on the weather. Rain, drought, heat, and frost can all change when a treatment should happen. We may move a visit to protect your lawn and get better results. When we do, we'll tell you.
Please make sure we can reach the service area at the scheduled time. Locked gates or blocked areas may mean we have to reschedule, and a return trip fee may apply.
Please bring pets inside and clear toys, hoses, and other items from the lawn before we arrive. Keep pets and children off treated areas until the product has dried, or as we advise after the visit.
Some treatments work best with watering or a short wait before mowing. We'll leave instructions after each visit. Following them makes a real difference.
Tell us about sprinkler heads, invisible fences, new plantings, and anything else that could be damaged or that we should know about.
Payment is due as set out in your service agreement or invoice. If a payment is late, we may pause service until the account is current. Prices may change from one season to the next, and we'll tell you before any change takes effect.
These terms apply to text messages from Veragreen LLC. We run two separate programs, and you choose which ones to join. You can join one, both, or neither.
You sign up by checking the box for the program you want on our contact form at veragreen.com/contact and submitting your phone number. The boxes are never checked for you, and you don't have to check either one to submit the form. You can also sign up by giving us written consent in person or by email.Consent is not a condition of purchase. You never have to agree to texts to buy our services. Message frequency varies. Service texts depend on your schedule. Offers go out from time to time through the season.
Veragreen doesn't charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOP ALL. We'll send one final text to confirm you're unsubscribed, and then the texts will stop.
The two programs are separate. Stopping offers doesn't stop your service notifications, and stopping service notifications doesn't stop offers. Opting out of texts doesn't cancel your lawn care service.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Cost depends on carrier rates.
You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number to join either program.

You can cancel your service agreement at any time with written notice by email or mail. Depending on your agreement and when you cancel, a cancellation fee may apply. Any work already completed is still payable.
While Veragreen strives for the highest quality results, outcomes may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, soil health, and property maintenance practices.

Our website content, photos, program names, and methods belong to Veragreen. Don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. It's part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top and post the new version here. If you keep using our services after a change, that means you accept the new Terms.
