This page explains how Veragreen LLC ("Veragreen," "we," "us") handles your mobile phone number and text messages for the Veragreen Service Notifications program. It only covers service notification text messages. Marketing texts are covered by our separate SMS Marketing Privacy Policy & Terms. Our general Privacy Policy covers everything else.
When you join this program, we'll text you about the lawn care services you have with us. These messages are informational only. They are not marketing.

You join by checking the "Yes, text me about my lawn service" box on our website form and submitting your phone number. The box is never checked for you, and you don't have to check it to submit the form. You can also sign up by giving us written consent in person or over email.
Signing up is never a condition of buying any Veragreen service.
Message frequency varies. It depends on your service schedule and account activity.
Veragreen doesn't charge for text messages. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOP ALL. We'll send one final text to confirm you're unsubscribed, and then the texts will stop.
Opting out of service notifications doesn't cancel your lawn care service. It also doesn't change your choice for marketing texts. Those are managed separately.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers, and the list may change.
For this program, we collect your mobile phone number, your name, the date and time you gave consent, and how you gave it. We also keep a record of the messages we send you and the replies you send us.
We use your mobile number and your consent only to send you service notifications, answer your questions, and keep records of your consent and opt-out choices.
We don't use your mobile number or your text consent to target ads. We don't upload it to advertising platforms like Google or Facebook.
Veragreen LLC does not sell, rent, release, or trade your information to anyone.
Two companies help us run this program:
Both work for Veragreen and only on our instructions. Neither one may use your information for its own marketing or any other purpose. Neither one may sell it or pass it to another business. We may also share information if the law requires it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, other than the service providers named above, who handle it only to run this program for Veragreen.
Your mobile number and your text consent are never sold, never used to target ads, and never passed to any other business.
We use reasonable safeguards to keep your information safe. We keep it only as long as we need it for this program and our legal records.
You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number to join.
We may update this page from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top.
